daydreamtober day 2: new meeting

When I first saw you, the soft light hitting you where you sat on the bed before him, I couldn't tell whether your hair was purple, or just a soft dark shade of brown. You came to me in a dream, where I wasn't me but you, you were yourself in a way I have not found again since then. I remember his blonde hair falling over your shoulder as you held him, your violet eyes staring into mine his as he slipped deeper and deeper into a place where only you could feel him. I remember the way the sun fell through the windows and I remember your gentle smile. Meeting you was a dream, literally, and knowing you has been one too.
